Common use of Property available to meet Admitted Group Claims Clause in Contracts

Property available to meet Admitted Group Claims. (a) The DOCA Creditor Entitlements are the property available to pay the Admitted Group Claims of Deed Company Creditors and Group Creditors who are Admitted Group Creditors, excluding AFF Waived Claims and Intra-Group Deed Company Claims. No other Property of the Deed Company or each other Group DOCA Company will be available to pay such claims.
