Common use of Property Changes and Damage by Owner Clause in Contracts

Property Changes and Damage by Owner. If grade or elevation changes are made by the Owner or there is impoundment of water caused by the Owner, which make it necessary for Lake Country to relay or relocate any of the Facilities, the cost of such Facility work will be paid by the Owner. The Owner is responsible for the cost of any repairs to the Facilities caused by the action of the Owner.
