PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE FORM. Attached hereto as a Rider is the Property Condition Disclosure Form required by Section 20-327b of the Connecticut General Statutes. In the event the SELLER has not furnished BUYER with the Property Disclosure Form, as required by Section 20-327b of the Connecticut General Statutes, with or prior to the BUYER's execution of this Agreement, the SELLER shall give and the BUYER shall receive a credit of $300.00 against the purchase price at closing.
