PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE FORM. Attached hereto as a Rider is the Property Condition Disclosure Form required by Conn. Gen. Stat. §20-327b. In the event the SELLER has not furnished BUYER with the Property Disclosure Form, if required by §20-327b of the Connecticut General Statutes, with or prior to the BUYER's execution of this Agreement, the SELLER shall give and the BUYER shall receive at closing a credit against the purchase price in the amount of $500.00.
