Property Covered. The insurance policy shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, Equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, fuel, and other properties constituting a part of the Liquefaction Facility and Work in connection with the Existing Facility, (ii) free issue items used in connection with the Liquefaction Facility and Work in connection with the Existing Facility, (iii) the inventory of spare parts to be included in the Liquefaction Facility, (iv) property of others in the care, custody or control of Contractor or Owner in connection with the Project, (v) all preliminary works, temporary works and interconnection works, (vi) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground, and (vii) electronic equipment and media.
Property Covered. The builder's risk insurance shall provide ---------------- coverage for (i) the Buildings, structures, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies and other property constituting a part of the Leased Property under Construction, (ii) property of others in the care, custody or control of the Construction Agent in connection with the Leased Property, but not contractor's tools, machinery, plant and equipment including spare parts and accessories not destined to become a permanent part of the Leased Property, (iii) all preliminary works, temporary works and interconnection works and (iv) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground.
Property Covered. We cover the property insured under this endorsement when owned by or in the custody or control of an "insured" while it is anywhere in the world, unless otherwise noted. We cover the item(s) described in the Declarations or Schedule only if an amount of insurance and premium is shown for that property.
Property Covered a. We cover personal property owned or used by an insured while it is anywhere in the world. This in- cludes structures not permanently attached to or otherwise forming a part of the realty. At your request, we will cover personal property:

Objects of art of every kind and description, and property incidental thereto, which are the property of the “Member”, or the property of others in the custody and control of the “Member”, or in transit at the “Member’s” risk, and property in which the “Member” shall have a fractional ownership interest which are owned by or have been leased, loaned, rented or otherwise made available to the “Member”. Property Covered a. We cover personal property owned or used by an insured while it is anywhere in the world. This in- cludes structures not permanently attached to or otherwise forming a part of the realty. At your request, we will cover personal property:
(1) owned by others while the property is on the part of the residence premises occu- pied exclusively by an insured;
(2) owned by a guest or a residence em- ployee, while the property is in any other residence occupied by an insured; and
(3) owned by roomers, boarders, tenants, and other residents, any of whom are related to you.
b. We cover personal property usually located at an insured’s residence, other than the resi- dence premises, for up to $1,000 or 10% of the Coverage B limit, whichever is greater. This lim- itation does not apply to personal property:
(1) in a newly acquired principal residence for the first 30 days after you start moving the property there. If the residence premises is a newly acquired principal residence, per- ▇▇▇▇▇ property in your immediate past prin- cipal residence is not subject to this limitation for the first 30 days after the in- ception of this policy; and
(2) of a student who is an insured while lo- cated at a residence away from the resi- dence premises.
Property Covered. We will cover clothing, personal effects, waterskiing equipment, fishing gear and sports equipment that belong to you or members of your family while these items are on board your vessel, or are being loaded or unloaded. If you choose, we will provide the same coverage to guests and unpaid crew members. We will not cover money, jewelry, traveler's checks, or any other valuable papers or documents.

The builder’s risk insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, all fixtures, materials, supplies, machinery and Equipment of every kind to be used in, or incidental to, the Construction if the acquisition of any such item was funded with one or more Advances (ii) new underground works, sidewalks, paving, site works and excavation works and landscaping, (iii) the Improvements, (iv) property of others in the care, custody or control of the Construction Agent or of a contractor to the extent the Construction Agent is under obligation to insure for physical loss or damage, (v) all preliminary works and temporary works, (vi) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground, and (vii) electronic equipment and media.
Property Covered. The Construction All Risks insurance shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, fuel and other properties constituting a part of the Project, (ii) free issue items used in connection with the Project, (iii) the inventory of spare parts to be included in the Project, (iv) property of others in the care, custody or control of the Companies, (v) all preliminary works, temporary works and interconnection works, (vi) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground, (vii) electronic equipment and media, (viii) any item of construction equipment whose loss or damage could result in delay in completion of the Project, (ix) steam and electrical transmission lines and equipment to the extent the Companies have an insurable interest and (x) all the Contributed Equipment and all assets included in Contributed Amounts.

The insurance policy shall provide coverage for (i) the buildings, structures, boilers, machinery, Equipment, facilities, fixtures, supplies, fuel, and other properties constituting a part of the subject Train, (ii) free issue items used in connection with the subject Train, (iii) the inventory of spare parts to be included in the subject Train, (iv) property of others in the care, custody or control of Contractor or Owner in connection with the subject Train, (v) all preliminary works, temporary works and interconnection works, (vi) foundations and other property below the surface of the ground, and (vii) electronic equipment and media.
