Common use of Property Deemed Real Prop- erty Clause in Contracts

Property Deemed Real Prop- erty. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Mortgagor that any electric gener- ating plant or plants and facilities and all electric transmission and distribution lines, or other Electric System or Utility System facilities, embraced in the Mortgaged Prop- erty, including (without limitation) all rights of way and easements granted or given to the Mortgagor or obtained by it to use real property in connection with the con- struction, operation or maintenance of such plant, lines, facilities or systems, and all other property physically attached to any of the foregoing, shall be deemed to be real property.
