Property; Existing Septic System; Ownership; Residence. The Property is a legal residence within the County; the Property has an existing septic system sized to permit the flow listed on the Application (flow is related to the allowed number of bedrooms, type of kitchen (i.e. residential or commercial) and other allowed uses of the Property); the Homeowner is the owner of the Property; and Homeowner is a year-round resident of the Property. For avoidance of doubt, the Homeowner is not making, and is not required by this Grant Agreement to make, any representation that the existing septic system is in poor or failing condition.
