Property for Receiver. The property of the Retailer in respect of which a receiver may be appointed under clause 20.10 is: (a) all rights and powers of any nature of the Retailer under or in respect of the Retailer’s contracts and in respect of Consumers; (b) all equipment of the Retailer located in Consumer’s Premises or used in connection with the supply of electricity to Consumers; (c) all records of any nature (including all records in electronic form) relating to or dealing with Consumers or use of the Network; and (d) all other property of any nature which in the reasonable opinion of the Distributor it may be necessary or desirable to control, for the purposes of arranging for the Consumers to be supplied by any other retailer.
