Common use of Property Insurance - Lessee Clause in Contracts

Property Insurance - Lessee. Lessor shall, at Xxxxxx's expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease for the benefit of Lessee, replacement cost fire and extended coverage insurance, with vandalism and malicious mischief, sprinkler leakage and earthquake sprinkler leakage endorsements, in an amount sufficient to cover not less than 100% of the full replacement cost, as the same may exist from time to time, of all of Lessee's personal property, fixtures, equipment and tenant improvements.
