Common use of Property Inventory Clause in Contracts

Property Inventory. The Charter School Head of School shall establish and maintain an inventory of all non-consumable goods and equipment over $600. This inventory shall include the original purchase price and date, a brief description, serial numbers, and other information appropriate for documenting the School's assets. Property will be inventoried on an annual basis and lists of any missing property shall be presented to the Charter School Governing Board.

This inventory shall include the original purchase price and date, a brief description, serial numbers, numbers and other information appropriate for documenting the Charter School's ’s assets. Property will be inventoried on an annual basis and lists of any missing property or other dispositions shall be presented to the Charter School Governing BoardSchool’s Board and to the District.

The Charter School Head School’s head of School school or his or her designee shall establish and maintain an inventory of all Charter School non-consumable goods and equipment over valued at more than six hundred dollars ($600). This inventory shall include the original purchase price and date, a brief description, serial numbers, and other information appropriate for documenting the School's ’s assets. Property will shall be inventoried on an annual basis and lists of any missing property shall be presented to the Charter School Governing BoardSchool’s governing board. Said inventory, or copies thereof, shall be provided to the District immediately upon request.
