Property Locations. (a) Provide to Administrative Agent at least 10 days’ prior written notice before adding any new offices or business or Collateral locations, including warehouses (unless such new offices or business or Collateral locations qualify as Excluded Locations).
(b) With respect to any property or assets of a Loan Party located with a third party, including a bailee, datacenter or warehouse (other than Excluded Locations), Borrowers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such third party to execute and deliver a Collateral Access Agreement for such location, including an acknowledgment from each of the third parties that it is holding or will hold such property, subject to Collateral Trustee’s security interest.
(c) With respect to any property or assets of a Loan Party located on leased premises (other than Excluded Locations), Borrowers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such third party to execute and deliver a Collateral Access Agreement for such location.
Property Locations. The Inventory, Equipment and Fixtures are located solely at the locations described in Exhibit “A”. All of said locations are owned by the Borrower except for locations (i) which are leased by the Borrower as lessee and designated in Part B of Exhibit “A” and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Part C of Exhibit “A”, with respect to which Inventory the Borrower has delivered bailment agreements, warehouse receipts, financing statements or other documents satisfactory to the Lender to protect the Lender’s security interest in such Inventory.
Property Locations. The Inventory, Equipment and Fixtures of each Grantor are located solely at the locations of such Grantor described in Exhibit “A”. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (i) which are leased by such Grantor as lessee and designated in Part B of Exhibit “A” and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment by such Grantor as designated in Part C of Exhibit “A”.

All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (i) which are leased by such Grantor as lessee and designated in Part B of Exhibit A and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment by such Grantor as designated in Part C of Exhibit A, with respect to which Inventory such Grantor has delivered bailment agreements, warehouse receipts, financing statements or other documents satisfactory to the Administrative Agent to protect the Administrative Agent’s and the Holders of Secured Obligations’ security interest in such Inventory.
Property Locations. As of the Security Agreement Effective Date (or in the case of a subsequent Grantor, the date of the applicable Security Agreement Supplement), Schedule “A” to the Collateral Disclosure Letter lists each location where each Grantor maintains Inventory, Equipment and Fixtures (other than (i) moveable items of Collateral, such as laptop computers and other mobile electronic equipment, and (ii) Inventory in transit) with a value exceeding $10,000,000 per location. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations which are leased by such Grantor as lessee and designated in Schedule “A” to the Collateral Disclosure Letter.

Borrowers shall deliver to Agent each warehouse receipt, where negotiable, covering any such property.
(c) With respect to any property or assets of a Loan Party located on leased premises (other than Excluded Locations), Borrowers shall cause such third party to execute and deliver a Collateral Access Agreement for such location.
Property Locations. Locations owned by Grantor
Property Locations. The location of each Grantor’s books and records are located solely at the locations described on Schedule 3.6 (provided that duplicate copies may be located at other locations). The location of each Grantor’s inventory, equipment, and fixtures are located solely at the locations described on Schedule 3.
Property Locations. The Inventory, Equipment and Fixtures which are at any time included by AirNet in the calculation of the Borrowing Base are located solely at the locations described in the Exhibit “A” originally attached to this Agreement or any updated replacement Exhibit “A” hereinafter provided to Agent as permitted below. To the extent Float proposes that any such items of Collateral be located at any new locations (i.e., not shown on the Exhibit “A” originally attached hereto), Float shall provide thirty (30) days’ prior notice thereof to Agent together with an updated Exhibit “A”. All of said locations are owned by Float or AirNet except for locations (i) which are leased by Float as lessee and designated in Part B of Exhibit “A” or (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Part C of Exhibit “A”, with respect to which Inventory Float has used its best commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and deliver bailment agreements, warehouse receipts, financing statements or other documents satisfactory to the Agent to protect the Agent’s security interest in such Inventory.
Property Locations. The Inventory, Equipment and Fixtures are located solely at the locations described in Exhibit E. All of said locations are owned by Debtor except for locations (a) which are leased by Debtor as lessee and designated in Exhibit E and (b) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Exhibit E, with respect to which Inventory, Debtor has delivered bailment agreements, warehouse receipts, financing statements or other documents satisfactory to the Secured Party to protect Secured Party’s security interest in such Inventory.
