Common use of Property Locations Clause in Contracts

Property Locations. As of the Security Agreement Effective Date (or in the case of a subsequent Grantor, the date of the applicable Security Agreement Supplement), Schedule “A” to the Collateral Disclosure Letter lists each location where each Grantor maintains Inventory, Equipment and Fixtures (other than (i) moveable items of Collateral, such as laptop computers and other mobile electronic equipment, and (ii) Inventory in transit) with a value exceeding $10,000,000 per location. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations which are leased by such Grantor as lessee and designated in Schedule “A” to the Collateral Disclosure Letter.
