Property Management Contract. A true and complete copy of the Property Management Contract for each Portfolio Property.
Property Management Contract. If applicable, Developers shall submit to the City for its review and reasonable approval the draft contract or contracts for the selected property management of the Project once developed (the “Property Management Contract”).
