The occurrence of a Property Manager Termination Event and a Seller has not appointed a successor Property Manager acceptable to Administrative Agent within thirty (30) days of Administrative Agent’s written request. An Event of Default shall be deemed to be continuing unless expressly waived by Administrative Agent in writing.
