Common use of PROPERTY MAY BE WITHDRAWN Clause in Contracts

PROPERTY MAY BE WITHDRAWN. 3.1 The Property may be withdrawn from sale at any time, the Council may, at any time prior to the time that Transfer Documents are lodged for registration in the Department of Natural Resources Mines & Energy Land Registry, unilaterally terminate this Agreement for convenience without assigning a reason. 3.2 If the Agreement is terminated by the Council for convenience, all monies paid to the Council by the Buyer, arising from the purchase of the Property must be refunded to the Buyer, and neither party will thereafter have any Claim against the other.
