Property Modifications. During the time period for implementation of this Agreement, the RPO agrees that no substantial modifications on the Property will occur in the area of the Contaminated Site without prior notification to the Department and coordination with the site rehabilitation activities. If the Department determines that a previous Department approval was based upon conditions on the Property or the Contaminated Site that have been substantively changed, then the RPO will be notified in writing and the approval will be rescinded.
