Common use of Property Mortgaged Clause in Contracts

Property Mortgaged. Xxxxxxxxx does hereby irrevocably mortgage, grant, bargain, sell, pledge, assign, warrant, transfer and convey to and grant a security interest to Mortgagee and its successors and assigns in, all of Xxxxxxxxx’s right, title and interest in and to the following property, rights, interests and estates now owned, or hereafter acquired by Mortgagor (collectively, the “Property”):
