PROPERTY NOT SOLD. If any property remains unsold after Lessor has complied with all the requirements of the laws of this state as summarized in Paragraph 12 B., Lessor may then otherwise dispose of said property in any manner considered appropriate by the Lessor, including, but not limited to, destroying the said personal property.
