All receivables, premiums, commissions, fees and other compensation generated by the Officer’s services are the property of the Company. All checks or bank drafts representing payment for goods or services sold or rendered by the Company are property of the Company, and all monies or other consideration in whatever form received by the Officer from a client or customer of the Company shall be tendered immediately to the Company
