Common use of Property of Company Clause in Contracts

Property of Company. All documents, drawings, memoranda, notes, records, files, correspondence, manuals, models, specifications, computer programs, e-mail, voice mail, electronic databases, maps, and all other writings or materials of any type embodying any information relating to Company or its business are and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Company. Upon termination of Executive’s employment by Company, for any reason, Executive promptly shall deliver the same, and all copies thereof, to Company; provided, however, that Executive may retain any Company supplied cellular telephones in his possession at the time of such termination but Company shall be entitled to immediately discontinue the cellular service for such telephones upon such termination of employment.
