Property of Foreign Subsidiaries. Borrower will not permit the aggregate value (based on the greater of book or market value) of the total assets owned by Foreign Subsidiaries of Borrower to exceed 5% of the aggregate value (based on the greater of book or market value) of the total assets owned by Borrower and all of its Subsidiaries.
