PROPERTY OF THE PROGRAM. 3.1 The End-User License Agreement is governed by the regulations in force under the Protection of Copyright and Neighbouring Rights (Copyright Law of Italy no. 633 of 22 April 1941, along with its various amendments). 3.2 The Program covered by the End-User License Agreement remains the sole property of the Manufacturer. 3.3 Customized programs made available by the Manufacturer/Retailer according to specific directions from the Customer, may be transferred by the Manufacturer/Retailer to other Customers and included, in whole or in part, in the Manufacturer/Retailer Standard Program, and nothing shall be due to the Customer, even if made upon request and analysis performed by the Customer himself.
