Property Owner Applicants. Property owners who lease to two or more street level businesses in a single building (multi-tenant building) with clearly defined entrances into storefronts that are visible from the public right-of-way may apply for the program assistance for façade and site improvements. The term of the program agreement shall be for five (5) years. If the owner seeks program assistance for more than one multi-tenant building, the owner may submit an application for one of the buildings in one fiscal year, and an application for the other building in a following fiscal year. Multi-tenant building owners may apply for program assistance a second time for the same multi-tenant building after the expiration of the first program agreement.
