Property Report Clause Samples

A Property Report clause requires the seller to provide a detailed report about the condition, features, and legal status of the property being sold. Typically, this report includes information on boundaries, zoning, easements, environmental issues, and any known defects or encumbrances. By mandating disclosure of such details, the clause ensures that the buyer is fully informed about the property, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or surprises after the transaction is completed.
