Property Rights and Obligations of Executive. Executive agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of Company’s Employee Non-Disclosure and Invention Agreement, which is incorporated by reference and attached as an Exhibit A to this Agreement. The provisions of this Section 5 and Attachment A will survive the termination of this Agreement. The covenants in this Section 5 and Attachment A will be construed as separate covenants and to the extent any covenant will be judicially unenforceable, it will not affect the enforcement of any other covenant. In the event Executive breaches any of the provisions of this Section 5 and Attachment A, Executive agrees that Company will be entitled to injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy to which Company may be entitled.
