Property Rights and Permits Sample Clauses
Property Rights and Permits. Developer shall, without cost to City, grant and convey – and cause to be granted and conveyed – to City all Property Rights that City determines are required for the Facilities, in a manner that is satisfactory to City as to location and form, and, at City’s request, assist City in obtaining a ROW Grant(s) for the Facilities. Developer shall, without cost to City, obtain, or require its contractors/subcontractors to obtain all Permits required for the Facilities. Developer’s obligations under this Section survive termination of this Agreement.
Property Rights and Permits. At ADS’s request, MCEDA, CMU or their respective designees will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain all property rights, easements, permits, approvals, and operating rights necessary for ADS to construct the CMU Infrastructure subject to a CMU Construction Step-In Event. ADS, CMU and MCEDA will reasonably assist one another in acquiring the necessary property rights, easements, permits, approvals, and operating rights.
