Property Rights; Assignment of Inventions. With respect to information, inventions and discoveries or any interest in any copyright and/or other property right developed, made or conceived of by Executive, either alone or with others, during his employment by each Company arising out of such employment and pertinent to any field of business or research in which, during such employment, each Company is engaged or (if such is known to or ascertainable by Executive) is considering engaging, Executive hereby agrees:
