Common use of Property Tax Assessment Clause in Contracts

Property Tax Assessment. There are no special assessments levied against the Properties except as appear on the last available tax statement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if Buyer shall become liable after the Closing for payment of any property taxes assessed against any of the Properties for the period of time prior to the Closing, Tenant shall pay such taxes in a timely manner directly to the taxing authority.
