Property’s Condition upon Return. 7.1 Unless Party A agrees on renewal of the lease, Party B shall return the Property to Party A within 3 days following the expiration of the Term. If the Property is returned after that date without consent of Party A, Party B shall pay Party A an occupancy fee of the Property, equal to RMB4.5 per square meter, for each day overdue. 7.2 On the expiration of the Term, Party B does not need to return the Property to Party A in its original state, but the Property shall be in such a condition as after normal use upon return. The Property shall be inspected by Party A upon return and, if accepted, the costs payable by each Party shall be settled.
