Proponent - County. (a) The County shall adopt a similar position if a project terminates under reasonable circumstances. That is, best efforts can be made to recover Funds, but if there were no proceeds available, repayment would not be expected. (b) In situations of non-compliance due to misuse or negligence, the County is expected to take remedies available to recover Funds.
