Proportional Discipline Sample Clauses

Proportional Discipline. Discipline may include verbal warnings, written warnings, unpaid suspensions, or discharge and shall be reasonable, proportional in nature to the actions warranting discipline, and consistent with responses to substantially similar actions. Negative performance reviews shall not be considered a form of discipline.
