Common use of Proposal by the Supplier Clause in Contracts

Proposal by the Supplier. In case the Supplier considers any modifications of the works stipulated in Article 3 of this Contract necessary, the Supplier shall discuss the solution with the Consultant, and the Supplier can propose the modifications to the Buyer. This proposal may include the changes from (a) to (f) mentioned in Sub-Paragraph 19.1.
