Common use of Propose Amendments Clause in Contracts

Propose Amendments. Class B Members owning, in the aggregate, not less than ten percent (10%) of the issued and outstanding Class B Units, shall have the right to propose amendments to this Agreement as described in Section 14.5(a) hereof;
