Common use of Proposed Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Proposed Borrowing. This Agreement represents Borrower’s request to borrow 2021 New Term Loans from the initial 2021 New Term Lender as follows (the “Proposed Borrowing”): (a) Business Day of Proposed Borrowing: October 14, 2016. (b) Amount of Proposed Borrowing: $4,267,862,997.76 (in the case of 2021C New Dollar Term Loans) and €153,774,108.99 (in the case of 2021 New Euro Term Loans).

Proposed Borrowing. This Agreement represents Borrower’s request to borrow 2021 2022 New Term Loans from the initial 2021 2022 New Term Lender as follows (the “Proposed Borrowing”): (a) Business Day of Proposed Borrowing: October 14December 5, 2016. (b) Amount of Proposed Borrowing: $4,267,862,997.76 2,783,000,000.00 (in the case of 2021C 2022C New Dollar Term Loans) and €153,774,108.99 761,197,526.32 (in the case of 2021 2022C New Euro Term Loans).
