Proposed Reimbursement Reports. The Adviser shall cause the Prospectus to contain an estimate of proposed expenses for which it shall receive reimbursements pursuant to Section 2(c) of this Agreement for the next fiscal year, together with a breakdown by year of such expenses reimbursed in each of the last five public programs formed by the Adviser.
