Proposed Scheduling Clause Samples

The Proposed Scheduling clause sets out the initial timeline or sequence for the performance of obligations under an agreement. It typically outlines key dates, milestones, or deadlines that parties are expected to meet, and may specify how changes to the schedule should be handled, such as requiring mutual agreement for adjustments. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the expected timing for deliverables or services, helping to coordinate activities and prevent misunderstandings or delays.
