PROPOSED TERM SHEET. 6.1 BRIDGETECH shall, within ten (10) working days after receipt of the notice from WJPF as set forth in Article 5 above, provide WJPF with a proposed term sheet for the proposed distribution agreement for negotiation by the Parties.
