PROPOSER’S REPRESENTATIONS. Each vendor by making its proposal represents that: VENDOR has read and understands the Specification documents and its proposal is made in accordance therewith. VENDOR’S price proposal is based upon personnel, vehicles and bus runs described in the Request for Proposals and in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions thereof.
