Common use of Proprietary Agreements Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Agreements. The Company shall require all employees and consultants, upon commencement of their employment by or service to the Company, to enter into confidentiality and assignment of inventions agreements in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Board of Directors of the Company, including the affirmative vote of at least one of the Series A Directors.
