Common use of Proprietary Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement. Employee agrees to comply with the Proprietary Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement. That Proprietary Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, a copy of which has been provided to Employee, shall continue in full force and effect. By executing this Agreement, Employee certifies that all confidential, proprietary or trade secret information has been returned as required by Paragraph 1 of the Proprietary Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement.
