Common use of Proprietary Information and Assignment Agreement Clause in Contracts

The Company shall require all future officers, directors and employees of the Company and each subsidiary of the Company to execute and deliver a proprietary information and assignment agreement and shall require all future consultants and independent contractors to the Company to execute and deliver a consulting agreement which provides substantially similar protection from misappropriation to the intellectual property of the Company.
