Proprietary Information and Invention Agreement. Executive understands and acknowledges that during the course of employment by the Company, the Executive will have access to and learn about Proprietary Information and trade secrets (“Proprietary Information”) as outlined and defined in Executive’s Proprietary Information and Invention Agreement (“PII Agreement”, incorporated throughout this Agreement). Executive agrees that upon termination of employment, Executive’s obligations under the PII Agreement continue where applicable and that Executive must return all such Proprietary Information as outlined in the PII Agreement.
