Common use of Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement. The Company shall have provided evidence satisfactory to Parent that as of the Closing each current and, subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, former employee, consultant and contractor of the Company has entered into and executed an Employee Proprietary Information Agreement or Consultant Proprietary Information Agreement, as applicable.
