Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement. Executive previously entered into a Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement with the Company (the “PIIA Agreement”) and hereby reaffirms all of Executive’s obligations thereunder. The provisions of Section 8 hereof and the provisions of the PIIA Agreement shall survive the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason.
