Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement. As a condition of employment with the Corporation, the Executive shall be required to sign and comply with the Corporation’s form of Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement, as such form may be amended from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law (the “Confidentiality Agreement”).
