Common use of Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement Clause in Contracts

The Company shall have provided evidence satisfactory to Acquiror that as of the Closing each Employee of the Company and Company Subsidiary has entered into and executed an Employee Proprietary Information Agreement or Consultant Proprietary Information Agreement, as applicable.
