Common use of Proprietary Information, Inventions, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Obligations Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Information, Inventions, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Obligations. The parties hereto are entering into an Employee Confidential Information, Inventions, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Employee Proprietary Information Agreement”), which may be amended by the parties from time to time without regard to this Agreement. The Employee Proprietary Information Agreement contains provisions that are intended by the parties to survive and do survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. ​
