Proprietary Information of Provider. The School District agrees that it will not disclose any proprietary information of the Provider which it may acquire during the performance of this Agreement, to any person or entity other than as may be necessary to the performance or administration of the Agreement or as required by law, provided that such information has been expressly identified by the Provider as proprietary information.
