Common use of PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OF XXXXXX Clause in Contracts

PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OF XXXXXX. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Xxxxxx, all designs, specifications, drawings, software, materials, special dies, molds, patterns, jigs, fixtures and any other property used by Xxxxxx to furnish the Products to Customer shall be and remain the sole property of Xxxxxx. Nothing in this Agreement conveys to Customer any rights to make or have made the Products supplied by Xxxxxx. No rights or licenses with respect to the Products are granted or deemed granted hereunder or in connection herewith, other than those rights expressly granted in this Agreement.
