Proprietary Legends. Without the other party’s prior written consent, neither party shall remove, obscure, or deface on or from any embodiment of any Confidential Information any proprietary legend relating to the other party’s rights.

In addition, Phoenix agrees to notify IFS in advance of sublicensing or marketing the Pak Products to any entity outside the XXX-CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED United States, so that IFS may take appropriate steps to obtain copyright protection in such other countries.

In addition to the foregoing copyright notice, all Confidential Materials shall be clearly marked "CONFIDENTIAL--Coral Systems", or a similar mark. XXIS shall not permit any of its personnel to remove any proprietary or other legends or restrictive notices contained or included in any Code, Documentation, or other material provided by Coral Systems, and CBIS shall not permit any of its personnel to reproduce or copy any such material except as specifically authorized hereunder.
