PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND INVENTIONS AGREEMENT. In consideration of my employment by Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and the compensation I receive from the Company, I agree to certain restrictions placed by the Company on my use and development of information and technology, as more fully set out below.
